All Soulful Transitions courses are:

  • Trauma-informed and choice-based

  • Designed for self-paced adult learners

Some of our courses explore complex human experiences: trauma, caregiving, grief, relational safety, death and dying, consciousness, and anomalous experiences.

  • With strong emphasis on grounding, agency, and integration
